PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND DISCLAIMERS CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THE SERVICES.
By accessing or using our Services, you agree to these Terms, conditions, and all applicable laws. If you do not agree with these Terms, our Privacy Policy, or any other of our policy, you should not use the Services.
General
Descriptions. The pictures of the products (and packaging) on our page are for illustrative purposes only.
Eligibility
The purchase of products through Tec Spares is strictly limited to parties who can lawfully enter into and form contracts on the Internet. If you are under age 18, you may only use the Services with the consent of your parent or legal guardian. Please be sure your parent or legal guardian has reviewed and discussed these Terms with you.
Orders
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Once you have placed your order on the Site, you will receive an email acknowledging the details of your order. This email is not an acceptance of your order. Acceptance of your order will be perfected upon completion of the packing of your order unless you cancel your order. We may also refuse to process and therefore accept a transaction for any reason or refuse service to anyone at any time at our sole discretion. We will not be liable to you or any third party because of our withdrawing any product from the Site or refusing to process a transaction or unwinding or suspending any transaction after processing has begun.
Payment
We accept all major credit/debit cards and Paypal payments .
Pricing Policy
Prices shown on the Site are in GBP Pounds. Sometimes we need to make changes to the price of some of our products.
Shipping, Returns, and Refunds
Shipping/Delivery
Please make sure your shipping address is correct as we are unable to redirect goods once they are on route to you. Any incorrect address details will often result in the parcel being returned to the sender, in which case you will be charged for re-delivery.
If you are buying products during promotional periods, it may take a little longer for our products to be delivered to you. Deliveries are to UK & EU only. Please allow extra time during the busy Christmas period, for New Year Sale deliveries and deliveries to remote areas and Scottish islands. Delivery time may vary depending on the destination and order.
Please note that we are not responsible for delays outside our control. If delivery of the products to you is delayed by an event outside our control (e.g. because of postal/courier delays, logistics, act of war, pandemic restrictions, bad weather)
Orders may arrive in more then 1 delivery.
Please report any missing items or orders within 14 days (UK) and 20 days (EU)
Returns & Refunds
Please return your product after contacting us within 14 days from the date of receiving the order. Products must be returned in a clean and new condition as received, with all pricing, packaging and brand labels secure.
Please note that the Customer is responsible to pay the Shipping/Delivery fee when returning the product. We recommend that all returns be sent using a traceable carrier. Tec Spares will not be held responsible for packages not received by us that were returned without a tracking number.
We reserve the right to accept or reject a returns and refund request at sole discretion. We do not accept requests in the following circumstances:
- Return/Refund request is made after 14 days from the date of receiving the product.
- Product is used and damaged by the Customer.
- Incomplete product or partial order.
- Fraudulent Return/Refund request.
- Damaged Products/Incorrect orders.
Please check the goods on delivery – any damage needs to be reported to us within 14 days of the receipt of goods – if we are not contacted within this time we deem the goods to have been accepted in the condition they arrived and would be unable to honour any replacement.
If the goods are lost or damaged in transit, please let us know promptly
Should you receive an incorrect or faulty product please immediately contact us immediately upon receiving the product. The product needs to be returned within 14 days with return shipping label. Upon receipt of the returned product we will assess its condition before authorizing a refund or exchange. Include a description of the damages, and include pictures if possible. This information is extremely helpful to us in making sure that our products are packaged and shipped properly.
Cancellations
You have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
This cancellation policy does not affect your legal rights – for example, if goods are faulty or not as described. We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, or by adding credit to your account with us, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.
Effects of cancellation
If you cancel this contract, we will reimburse to you all payments received from you, excluding the costs of delivery (except for the supplementary costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us).
We may make a deduction from the reimbursement for loss in value of any goods supplied, if the loss is the result of unnecessary handling by you.
Please note that headphones, earphones or Bluetooth headsets of any type are non-refundable due to hygiene reasons if the packaging is opened or the seals are broken in any way. This does not affect your statutory rights at all, or if returned under warranty and the goods are found to be defective.
We do not accept LCDs that have the front and back film removed/missing and has been fitted , has the front glass scratched, front glass cracked, flex ripped, will be deemed “Used” and this voids the warranty. If the warranty has been voided on any product we will be unable to issue a credit/exchange or return for the product.
Any part that has its Flex broken, Flex ripped, and is not in the same condition as when it was sold, will void the warranty for that part.
Any accessories that are not returned in the same condition as it was sold will be deemed void of the warranty and will not be returned or exchanged. Any accessories that is missing all the contents in its packaging will be deemed void of its warranty and will not be exchanged or credit given.
Warranty of Goods/Products
All goods are covered by a warranty against faulty workmanship and materials, subject to the terms and conditions of that warranty. The warranty is provided in addition to the rights that the law says you have as a consumer and accordingly, your statutory rights are not affected.
If an exchange is necessary, this will be arranged without unreasonable delay and without charge. Replacement goods will not be dispatched until the original goods have been received at our warehouse and checked unless at our discretion.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMISSIBLE UNDER APPLICABLE LAW, TEC SPARES. EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ANY AND ALL WARRANTIES AND REPRESENTATIONS, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ANY (A) WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR USE AS TO THE SITE AND ITS CONTENT, INCLUDING THE INFORMATION, DATA, SOFTWARE, OR PRODUCTS CONTAINED THEREIN, OR THE RESULTS OBTAINED BY THEIR USE OR AS TO THE PERFORMANCE THEREOF, (B) WARRANTIES OR CONDITIONS ARISING THROUGH COURSE OF DEALING, AND (C) WARRANTIES OR CONDITIONS OF UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE ACCESS OR USE. THE PAGE AND ALL CONTENTS THEREIN AND COMPONENTS THEREOF ARE PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” BASIS AND YOUR USE OF THE SITE IS AT YOUR OWN RISK.
Limitation of Liability
You agree that in no event shall Tec Spares be liable to you, or any third party, for any lost profits, incidental, consequential, punitive, special, or indirect damages arising out of or in connection with the Site or the Terms and Conditions, even if advised as to the possibility of such damages, regardless of whether the claim for such damages is based in contract, tort, strict liability or otherwise. This limitation on liability includes, but is not limited to, any (i) errors, mistakes, or inaccuracies in any Content or for any loss or damage of any kind incurred by you as a result of your use of or reliance on the Content; (ii) the transmission of any bugs, viruses, Trojan horses or the like which may infect your equipment, failure of mechanical or electronic equipment; (iii) unauthorised access to or use of the Site or Tec Spare’s secure servers and/or any personal information and/or financial information stored therein; or (iv) theft, operator errors, strikes or other labor problems or any force majeure.
Product Liability
The products sold on this website have been designed to comply with all relevant UK legislation. We cannot warrant or represent that they comply with any legal requirement outside the UK.
We do not accept liability for any consequential loss of profit or indirect losses. You should therefore not book installation of the goods (if applicable) until you have received them and inspected them.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold TEC SPARES and its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, agents, and employees, harmless from and against any suit, action, claim, demand, penalty or loss, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, made by or resulting from any third party due to or arising out of your use of the Site, breach of the Terms and Conditions or the materials it incorporates by reference, or your violation of any law, regulation, order or other legal mandates, or the rights of a third party.
Dispute Resolution & Governing Laws
In the event of a dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms or any contract between you and us, then you agree to attempt to settle the dispute by engaging in good faith with us in a process of mediation before commencing arbitration or litigation.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom and you hereby submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the UK courts in London where TEC SPARES is based in.
Children
You may not use or engage with our website if you are under 18 years of age. If you use or engage with the website and are under 18 years of age, you must have your parent’s or legal guardian’s permission to do so. By using or engaging with the website, you also acknowledge and agree that you are permitted by your jurisdiction’s applicable law to use and/or engage with the website.

Changes
We reserve the right to update and revise these Terms and Conditions at any time. You will know if these Terms and Conditions have been revised since your last visit to the website by referring to the “Effective Date of Current Policy” date at the top of this page. Your use of our Site constitutes your acceptance of these Terms and Conditions as amended or revised by us from time to time, and you should, therefore, review these Terms and Conditions regularly.
Severability
If any of these Terms and Conditions shall be deemed invalid, void, or for any reason unenforceable, that term shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining terms or conditions.
Assignment
We shall be permitted to assign, transfer, or subcontract our rights and obligations under these terms without your consent or any notice to you. You shall not be permitted to assign, transfer, or subcontract any of your rights and obligations under this agreement.
Force Majeure
TEC SPARES is not liable for any delays caused by circumstances beyond TEC SPARES’s control, e.g. general labor dispute, extreme weather, acts of war, fire, lightning, terrorist attacks, changed governmental orders, technical problems, defects in power- /tele-/computer communications or other communication and defects or delays in the service by sub-suppliers due to circumstances set forth above. Such circumstances shall result in relief from damages and other measures. If any such situation should arise, TEC SPARES shall inform the Customer accordingly both at the beginning and the end of the period for the current situation. If the situation has lasted for more than two months, both the Customer and TEC SPARES are entitled to terminate the purchase with immediate effect.
Entire Agreement
These Terms and Conditions set forth the entire understanding and agreement between you and TEC SPARES concerning the subject matter herein and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether electronic, oral or written concerning the Site. A printed version of these Terms and Conditions and any notice given in electronic form shall be admissible in judicial or administrative proceedings based upon or relating to these Terms and Conditions to the same extent and subject to the same conditions as other business documents and records originally generated and maintained in printed form. Any rights not expressly granted herein are reserved. You may not assign the Terms and Conditions, or assign, transfer or sub license your rights therein. A failure to act concerning a breach by you or others does not waive TEC SPARES’s right to act concerning subsequent or similar breaches.
Term and Termination
This agreement becomes effective the date that you first access the Site and remains effective until it is terminated consistent with its terms. Violations of this agreement may result in the immediate termination of this agreement and denials or terminations of your access to the Site. Such restrictions may be temporary or permanent. Upon termination, your right to use this Site shall be revoked. All disclaimers, limitations of liability, indemnities, and rights of ownership and licenses to TEC SPARES shall survive any termination.
