Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we are happy to accept returns of packages within 30 days of the sale date and issue a refund, minus the shipping fee, as long as the items are in a resalable condition. To be eligible for a refund, all items must be returned in the same condition they were received in, along with all packaging and without any signs of installation or use.

We recommend that you package the item properly and use a tracked delivery service for returning the item, as we cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage during transit. If you have changed your mind and wish to return the item, you must do so within 14 working days for a full refund. The item must be in a resalable condition, which means it must be unused and the packaging must be intact. Please note that we reserve the right to inspect the goods and verify any faults and/or damage.
