We strive to ensure that all orders are dispatched promptly, but we cannot guarantee dispatching past the cut-off time. All orders placed before 5:00 PM from Monday to Friday will be dispatched on the same day via Royal Mail.

For orders purchased on weekends, we aim to dispatch them on the next working day. We offer express services that include next working day delivery service for customers who require their orders urgently.

We offer two shipping options: Royal Mail 24 and Royal Mail 48. Orders shipped with Royal Mail 24 are expected to arrive within 1 to 3 working days after dispatch, while orders shipped with Royal Mail 48 are expected to arrive within 2 to 5 working days. We advise customers to allow up to 7 working days for delivery, especially for Royal Mail 48.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout, and the price is determined by the shipping method chosen. Please note that we are unable to refund shipping costs if an uncontrollable circumstance causes a delay in the delivery of your parcel.
