1. These Terms and Conditions

These are the general terms and conditions which apply to your purchase of goods from Tec Spares Shop Online and in store in the UK, whether you buy through our website at www.tecspares.com, over the phone, through Whats-app, e-mail orders, text and in store. Please read them carefully. They do not affect your statutory rights.
We may change these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will take effect on the date they are posted onto the site. You will be asked to read and accept the terms and conditions each time you place an order, to ensure that you are familiar with the most current ones.

2. Our Contract

After submitting an order to us via Online (www.Tecspares.com) telephone, Whats-app, e-mail or we will give you an Order Reference Number and details of the products you have ordered via e-mail. We will send the same details to you in an e-mail (our first e-mail). Please note that this e-mail is an acknowledgement, not acceptance of your order.
You will have an opportunity to check and correct any input errors in your order up until you submit your order by clicking the Submit Order button on the Order Confirmation page.
(If your order is out of stock, those items will be left off your final order document. The first order confirmation via e-mail is not legally binding until we confirm your order is in stock.)
Alternatively we may decline all or part of your order for any reason, in which case our second e-mail will tell you so.
We will tell you if your payment details cannot be authorised for any reason and may invite you to pay by another method.

Images of products on this website are for illustrative purposes only. Your goods may vary slightly from the image shown on the website.
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of our products that appear on this website. However, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any colour will accurately reflect the colour of the actual goods.
By placing an order with us, you agree to and accept these terms, as well as our privacy policy and the terms of website use.


3. Prices and Payment

All prices and charges are shown in UK pounds sterling. They include any VAT payable.

The total cost of your order will be the total price of the products and services you order, which will be set out clearly in your shopping basket, before you submit your order.
Prices, offers and products are subject to availability and may change before (but not after) we accept your order. If something becomes unavailable we may offer you an alternative.
We use secure payment facilities for online purchases.
Carriage charges will calculated at the checkout, prior to you placing your order
We try very hard to ensure that all information you receive, and which is displayed on the website is accurate.
If an error is discovered in the price of the goods that you have ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible. In the event that you order an item and the price published on the Site, or which quoted to you over the phone is incorrect for any reason, we will contact you to let you know the correct price and ask you whether you still wish us to fulfil your order at this price.
We shall be under no obligation to fulfil an order for a product, which was advertised or given at an incorrect price. We shall give you the option of confirming the order at the correct price or if you so choose, to cancel the order altogether.
If you cancel and have already paid for the goods in the circumstances described in this clause, we shall refund the full amount in accordance with these Terms.
We accept payment by Debit Card, PayPal, Bank transfer. We unfortunately do not accept American Express, Diner's Club, Corporate, Credit Cards or Business Card. Payment is deducted when we process your order, and if we do not have your bank details, then by bank transfer.
Please be aware that you will only have three attempts to enter the correct card information when purchasing items from this site due to our fraud prevention requirements. Each rejected payment attempt creates a "shadow" payment, which is logged on our site and with your card supplier. Please note that no money will be taken from your card and the "shadow" record will drop off your account normally within 7 days but may take up to 30 days.
4. Age Requirements
If you order a product with a minimum age requirement, by ordering you confirm that you are of the required age.

5. Delivery

Goods will normally be dispatched from our warehouse within 24 hours of the order being placed, this excludes weekends and bank holidays - if a delay is likely we will notify you by email. .
Your delivery estimate will have been provided in depending on the option selected at the time of order.
Your order may arrive in more than one delivery.
Disposal of packing materials is your responsibility.
Please check the goods on delivery - any damage needs to be reported to us within 14 days of the receipt of goods - if we are not contacted within this time we deem the goods to have been accepted in the condition they arrived and would be unable to honor any replacement
If the goods are lost or damaged in transit, please let us know promptly
Sometimes, for reasons beyond our control we may be prevented from delivering your goods as planned. These might include things such as accidents, breakdowns, fire, flood, storm, severe weather, acts of god, war, riot, civil commotion, malicious damage or the default of our suppliers. We will try to put things right as soon as possible however we can’t be responsible where this causes a delay or failure in delivering your goods.

If you change the delivery address once the goods have been dispatched to you, we reserve the right to pass on any extra charges made by our carriers for redirecting your delivery
Please report any missing items or orders within 14 days (UK) and 20 days (EU)
Sometimes, for reasons beyond our control we may be prevented from delivering your goods as planned. These might include things such as accidents, breakdowns, fire, flood, storm, severe weather, acts of god, war, riot, civil commotion, malicious damage or the default of our suppliers. We will try to put things right as soon as possible however we can’t be responsible where this causes a delay or failure in delivering your goods.
Deliveries are to UK only. Please allow extra time during the busy Christmas period, for New Year Sale deliveries and deliveries to remote areas and Scottish islands.

6.Cancellations and Returns

You have entered into a “Contract to Purchase” if you have placed an order by telephone with one of our sales representatives, ordered through our website (www.Tecspares.com). We normally only deduct payment upon shipment for online purchases.
You have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. If you decide to return the goods, it must be in the same condition you bought it, with the original packaging. at your own expense. You must ensure that the goods are packaged adequately to protect against damage.
We will not accept items without the original packaging. To do this, please e-mail, fax or write to us. We are unable to accept cancellations by phone.
You do not have to give any reason for cancellation. However, a brief explanation will help us to improve the service we offer to customers in the future.
You may properly examine the goods for 14 days however you may not return any goods that have been installed unless they are faulty.
We will refund all monies paid to us by you including any postage / carriage within 14 days, less any costs due under this contract.
This cancellation policy does not affect your legal rights - for example, if goods are faulty or misdescribed.
We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, or by adding credit to your account with us, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement. You will receive a credit note to reflect this via e-mail

Effects of cancellation

If you cancel this contract, we will reimburse to you all payments received from you, excluding the costs of delivery (except for the supplementary costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us).
We may make a deduction from the reimbursement for loss in value of any goods supplied, if the loss is the result of unnecessary handling by you.
Please note that headphones, earphones or Bluetooth headsets of any type are non-refundable due to hygiene reasons if the packaging is opened or the seals are broken in any way. This does not affect your statutory rights at all, or if returned under warranty and the goods are found to be defective.
We do not accept LCDs that have the front and back film removed/missing, has the front glass scratched, front glass cracked, flex ripped, will be deemed “Used” and this voids the warranty. If the warranty has been voided on any product we will be unable to issue a credit/exchange or return for the product.

Any part that has its Flex broken, Flex ripped, and is not in the same condition as when it was sold, will void the warranty for that part.

Any accessories that are not returned in the same condition as it was sold will be deemed void of the warranty and will not be returned or exchanged. Any accessories that is missing all the contents in its packaging will be deemed void of its warranty and will not be exchanged or credit given..


7. Faulty Goods / Guarantee

If there is a problem with the goods, please notify us by email or in writing providing details of the problem. Its helpful if you can provide us with a digital photograph or Video of the problem as this normally saves you having to return the goods for inspection. We will deal with the matter in accordance with your legal rights.
All goods are covered by a warranty against faulty workmanship and materials, subject to the terms and conditions of that warranty.
The warranty is provided in addition to the rights that the law says you have as a consumer and accordingly, your statutory rights are not affected.
If an exchange is necessary, this will be arranged without unreasonable delay and without charge. Replacement goods will not be dispatched until the original goods have been received at our warehouse and checked unless at our discretion.
The cost of returning goods to us is your responsibility, however on inspection we will refund your reasonable postage costs, providing that the goods are found to be faulty. If the goods are not faulty, we will return them to you, however you will be required to cover our reasonable postage costs.
In the event of a replacement If an item is no longer available we will offer an alternative. However our liability will be to replace the faulty goods only and we are unable to guarantee an exact match. In this instance you will have the option of a refund.
Where we replace faulty goods you are responsible for their disposal if they have not previously been returned to us.
Tec spares is not liable for any damage caused to the device during installation

8. Liability

The products sold on this website have been designed to comply with all relevant UK legislation. We cannot warrant or represent that they comply with any legal requirement outside the UK.
We do not accept liability for any consequential loss of profit or indirect losses. You should therefore not book installation of the goods (if applicable) until you have received them and inspected them.

9. Weekend Service:

As office hours are restricted during the weekend our service will be slower than usual and we may take longer to respond to emails and messages. 

10. Emailing & Messaging:

We aim to answer all emails and messages within 48 hours. This may be slightly longer if you email or message us during a Weekend or Bank Holiday.

12. Trade or Business Customers

The following conditions apply to orders placed by Trade or Business Customers.
Orders may not be cancelled except with our mutual agreement and having been confirmed in writing by a Director or our company. We reserve the right to make cancellation and/or re-stocking charges.
Claims for missing or damaged items must be made within 2 days of delivery.

3.1 We take all reasonable steps to ensure that this Website is available 24 hours every day, 365 days per year. However, websites do sometimes encounter downtime due to server and, other technical issues. Therefore we will not be liable if this website is unavailable at any time.

6. Loyalty Points

Any loyalty points issued by The Replace Base Ltd are issued at our discretion - points can be added and deducted at our discretion. Loyalty points are non transferable, points will be issued on accounts when we dispatch orders, and cancelled, refunded or declined orders will have the points deducted. We reserve the right to change point value and remove the loyalty point promotion without notice. Points are valid for 6 months from the date the order was dispatched. Points are only available to customers who register / hold accounts with The Replace Base Ltd, we are unable to add points from previous orders or orders processed without logging in / creating an account.
Current rates of loyalty points are £1 spend = 1 point, 1 point = £0.01. Points are issued on item value only excluding shipping costs.
