Though every effort is made by Tec Spaces & the couriers to achieve next day delivery, the standard delivery charge does not guarantee this goal.

Tec Spares relies upon the services of a third party courier. There are unfortunately a few occasions when the couriers fail to perform the service that they are required to. Though this happens rarely, it does occur, and we cannot be held responsible for the late delivery of an item.

It is not always possible to manage delivery to non-mainland UK addresses. This is dependent on the accessibility of your address.

For orders to be delivered within the UK mainland, the courier used will be UK Mail (Royal Mail) or Uk Mail, you should arrange for someone at your address to be in and sign for the parcel on the expected delivery date. Where a parcel cannot be delivered, (e.g. no-one at home), a card will be left by the courier with a telephone number to call and the address of the depot where your parcel has been placed. You can call the depot and arrange a new delivery day directly with the couriers.

For International deliveries, Royal Mail or DHL will be used to ship the goods. You need to keep track of the parcel using the consignment number supplied by us and make sure that somebody is there to receive the delivery.
If you still have not received it. We will inquire as to where abouts of your parcel and advise you of our findings.


Unfortunately, we may not be able to check on the status of these parcels on the day of expected delivery, but we will look into it and expect to get back to you on the following day.
Occasionally parcels are delayed due to poor addressing/sign posting. We may need to give courier your telephone number in case they need to contact you regarding the delivery. This information will not be kept by or used by any other third party.

If the goods are damaged upon receipt please specify (any damage in the box of the parcel) that when you sign for the reception. Afterwards email: Sales@tecspares.com within 5 days of delivery.
